Samples Containing Plutonium, Americium, Uranium, and/or Thorium


Table 1 and Table 2 list the number of frozen and fixed tissue samples from USTUR donations. USTUR donors typically worked with plutonium, americium, and/or uranium. However, three donors received Thorotrast injections during medical procedures.

Often a single organ is divided into multiple subsamples. The number of samples in the following tables includes subsamples.
