USTUR 0032: Rocky Flats — No Recorded Intake
Intake
This registrant worked at the Rocky Flats Plant for about 10½ years. He had no recorded intake incidents.
Health Physics
This worker provided 13 urine samples that were analyzed for depleted and enriched uranium. The results did not exceed the level of detection.
Two chest in-vivo analyses and one liver count were performed on this subject between 1967 and 1970. The results were at the background level.
The Registrant’s total external (penetrating) radiation dose was 0.373 rem.
Autopsy and Pathology
The Registrant died at age 63 y from lymphocytic lymphosarcoma.
Portions of the right and left lung, hilar lymph nodes, liver, kidneys, spleen, heart, and sternum were taken at autopsy.
